30 Amp – Ideal for small food trailers or booths using refrigerators, lights, warmers, fans, and other basic equipment. Not intended for multiple high-power cooking appliances.

50 Amp – Supports multiple high-powered cooking appliances, refrigeration, and air conditioning.

Per City Requirement, all Open Package Sampling Vendors require a Permit. Each permit for the Austin Fit Fest is $100 per 10x10 booth section. Larger booths will require an additional $100 for each 10sqft.

Example: 10x10 = $100, 10x20 = $200)

I acknowledge that the primary Vendor Village is located in the covered, open-air Show Barn, which is considered an outdoor venue. By submitting this application, I understand and accept that weather and temperature conditions are outside of Austin Fit Fest's control.
