2026 Austin Fit Fest: Food Truck & Vendor Application

Join us for the biggest fitness weekend in Texas on September 5th & 6th, 2026. We are looking for a curated selection of food trucks that offer high-quality, delicious, and diverse options for our attendees.

Vendor Fee: $1,000 (Covers both Saturday and Sunday).

Note: Spaces are limited to ensure a variety of cuisines and maximum foot traffic for our vendors. Applications will be reviewed based on menu appeal, truck aesthetics, and "fit" for the event.

Water/Waste: I understand that Austin Fit Fest does not provide water hookups or greywater disposal. (Check to confirm).

Logistics & Payment

Insurance: I can provide a COI naming Austin Fit Fest as additionally insured.

Permit Status: I hold a valid City of Austin Mobile Food Vendor Permit.

I understand the vendor fee is $1,000 for the 2-day event.

I understand that if accepted, a 50% deposit is required to hold my spot, with the balance due by August 1st, 2026.
