Power needs must be confirmed 30 days prior to the event.
COMPLIANCE - HEALTH & BUSINESS PERMITS:
All vendors are required to be in full compliance within the Health & Business permitting requirements requested to operate. Failure to complete applications at times specified by Austin Fit Fest/Travis County Health Department will result in automatic termination, if you're already selected, and vendor will be billed all costs incurred to date on their behalf.
GREASE POLICY:
Food vendors must use ground cover inside their booth & cooking area for the absorption of grease. No grease or gray water is to be poured onto the ground or down any drains. Please be prepared to dispose of your own oil collection offsite. No grease or oil containers may be left behind. Fees for violation could be up to $2,000.
TRASH POLICY:
Vendors are responsible for properly bagging all trash, breaking down boxes, and disposing of all waste in the onsite dumpsters. All cleanup must be completed within your designated sales area. Failure to properly clean your space may result in cleaning fees. Fees for violations may be assessed in amounts up to $2,000.
WATER POLICY:
Austin Fit Fest does not provide water hookups. Please be prepared to be self-sufficient. Grey water tanks will not be provided. Hand Washing and 3- comp sinks will not be provided at this event.
SECURITY & ENTRY POLICY:
Police officers and security personnel will be on duty both inside and outside the event premises. Event staff reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual at its discretion. No pets are permitted onsite unless it is service animal. Children under the age of 18 must be supervised at all times and may not be left unattended during load-in, event days, or load-out.
