2026 Austin Fit Fest: Food Truck & Vendor Application

Fuel the Fitness Community!


Join us for the biggest fitness weekend in Texas on September 5th & 6th, 2026. We are looking for a curated selection of food trucks that offer high-quality, delicious, and diverse options for our attendees.


Vendor Fee: $1,000 (Covers both Saturday and Sunday).


Note: Spaces are limited to ensure a variety of cuisines and maximum foot traffic for our vendors. Applications will be reviewed based on menu appeal, truck aesthetics, and "fit" for the event.

POWER:

Power needs must be confirmed 30 days prior to the event. 


COMPLIANCE - HEALTH & BUSINESS PERMITS:

All vendors are required to be in full compliance within the Health & Business permitting requirements requested to operate. Failure to complete applications at times specified by Austin Fit Fest/Travis County Health Department will result in automatic termination, if you're already selected, and vendor will be billed all costs incurred to date on their behalf.


GREASE POLICY:

Food vendors must use ground cover inside their booth & cooking area for the absorption of grease.  No grease or gray water is to be poured onto the ground or down any drains. Please be prepared to dispose of your own oil collection offsite. No grease or oil containers may be left behind. Fees for violation could be up to $2,000.


TRASH POLICY:

Vendors are responsible for properly bagging all trash, breaking down boxes, and disposing of all waste in the onsite dumpsters. All cleanup must be completed within your designated sales area. Failure to properly clean your space may result in cleaning fees. Fees for violations may be assessed in amounts up to $2,000.


WATER POLICY:

Austin Fit Fest does not provide water hookups. Please be prepared to be self-sufficient. Grey water tanks will not be provided. Hand Washing and 3- comp sinks will not be provided at this event. 


SECURITY  &  ENTRY POLICY:

Police officers and security personnel will be on duty both inside and outside the event premises. Event staff reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual at its discretion. No pets are permitted onsite unless it is service animal. Children under the age of 18 must be supervised at all times and may not be left unattended during load-in, event days, or load-out.

By submitting this form, I certify that the information provided is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that only approved food items may be served at the event and that unauthorized items must be removed immediately. I agree to comply with all applicable Health Department requirements, Austin Fire Department regulations, and venue safety rules. My company is solely responsible for its food products, food handling, sampling activities, and any related claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in Austin Fit Fest 2026. I also agree not to make false, defamatory, or disparaging statements about the event, its organizers, staff, venue, sponsors, or other vendors, and not to discuss or share non-public event matters with other vendors or third parties without authorization. If my company does not hold a valid City of Austin Mobile Food Vendor Permit, I understand that I am responsible for submitting the: $100 Temporary Food Event Application fee within 30 days of this form submission to the organizer and no later than August 1st, 2026. I further understand that late applications may be subject to an additional $120 late fee from the Travis County Health Department and may result in denial of permission to sample or sell at the event.
